为保持并加强校友(毕业生)与母校,以及校友之间的联结,香港中文大学(深圳)校友事务办公室将每年面向应届毕业生招募选聘“校友联络大使”,作为年度的学院/书院/专业专属校友联络员。

具体信息如下:
一、招募对象
香港中文大学(深圳)2025年应届本科、硕士、博士毕业生。
二、招募要求
校友联络大使招募秉持“公开招募、自愿报名、专业推荐、择优录取”的原则。报名条件如下:
1、爱校荣校,关心母校发展,支持母校的校友工作,具有奉献精神;
2、思想品德良好,有较强的责任心和组织、协调与沟通能力;
3、有亲和力,热心联络同学,志愿服务校友;
4、在校期间有学生会、学生社团任职,或学生助理、志愿服务、活动组织等相关经验者优先。
三、聘任周期
一年。以自然年为周期,即1月1日至12月31日。
四、校友联络大使职责
1、协助搭建起准毕业生与母校间的有效沟通联络桥梁;
2、协助大学、校友事务办公室和各校友组织,及时向校友传递重要信息,包括但不限于:母校发展近况、校友活动安排、校友卡申领提醒等;
3、协助大学鼓励校友同伴及时更新个人信息;
4、协助运营各类校友群组;
5、积极参加或筹办大学校友相关活动。
五、校友联络大使权利
1、于受聘仪式获得香港中文大学(深圳)校友事务办公室颁发的校友联络大使聘书;
2、结识更多优秀校友伙伴,参与搭建校友交流平台,优先获得校友资源;
3、受邀参加年度校友联络大使会议,并有机会获评优秀校友联络大使。获得者将受邀参与各类校友活动与重要会议;
4、了解掌握校友会最新情况,优先推荐成为各校友组织理事会成员;
5、锻炼自身能力,增加经历与体验。
六、申请方式及选聘流程
申请方式:即日起可下载附件《香港中文大学(深圳)校友联络大使申请表》,填妥后发送至alumni@cuhk.edu.cn邮箱,邮件标题:校友联络大使+姓名+专业+本科/硕士/博士
可通过自荐或推荐的方式申请(详见申请表)
申请截止日期:2024年11月21日

In order to maintain and strengthen the bonds between alumni (graduates) and their Alma Mater as well as other alumni, the Alumni Affairs Office of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen will recruit and appoint Alumni Ambassadors each year, for fresh graduates to serve as the annual School/College/Major alumni contact person.
If you love CUHK-Shenzhen, enjoy connecting with your fellow students and are willing to be a link between the university and alumni, you are welcome to sign up. Detailed information is as follows:
I. Eligible Candidates
2025 expected graduates of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
II. Recruitment Requirements
The recruitment of alumni ambassadors follows the principles of Open Recruitment, Voluntary Application, Professional Recommendation, and Selection based on Performance.
The entry requirements are as follows:
1. Love and honor the university, care about the development of the Alma Mater, and support the alumni affairs of the Alma Mater, with dedication;
2. With good moral character, have a strong sense of responsibility and organization, coordination and communication skills;
3. With geniality, warm-hearted in contacting fellow students, willing to serve alumni;
4. With experience serving in a student union or student club, or with relevant experience in student assistant, volunteer service and event organization at campus are preferred.
III. Employment Duration
The duration of employment is one year, from January 1st to December 31st.
IV. Alumni Ambassador Duties
1. Serves as a bridge between recent graduates and the university;
2. Assists the university, Alumni Affairs Office and alumni organizations to timely convey important information to alumni, including but not limited to University news, alumni activity arrangements, alumni card application reminding and etc.;
3. Encourages fellow alumni to update their personal information timely;
4. Supports the operation of various alumni associations;
5. Actively participates in or organizes alumni activities.
V. Alumni Ambassador Rights
1. The Letter of Appointment of CUHK-Shenzhen Alumni Ambassador issued by the Alumni Affairs Office of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen;
2. Opportunities to connect with a diverse group of alumni, to participate in the construction of the community platform for alumni, and preferential access to alumni resources;
3. Annual meeting of CUHK-Shenzhen Alumni Ambassadors, and the chance to be awarded the Annual Excellent Alumni Ambassador. Excellent Alumni Ambassadors will be officially invited to various alumni events and important meetings;
4. First-hand information of alumni associations, priority to be recommended as a member of the council of alumni associations;
5. Enhancement of capacity, and enrichment of experience.
VI. Application Method and Recruitment Process
How to apply:
Download and fill out the Application Form for CUHK-Shenzhen Alumni Ambassador, and then send the form to the email: alumni@cuhk.edu.cn, with following email subject: Alumni Ambassador + Name + Major + Bachelor/Master/Doctor
